"excellent care by the hard working staff"

I was referred for a CT scan by my GP on Wednesday. Airedale hospital rang me on Monday to say to come for the scan Tuesday evening. I am very impressed with how fast it all was. All the staff I came across were extremely helpful and friendly, from staff in A&E who directed me where to go to all the other staff I came across as I was looking where to find radiology. ( my directional skills are not so good) The staff in radiology were very kind and friendly and even apologised for my 20 minute wait even though I was about an hour early and they saw me early. I have found my visit today excellent and thank you so much to all the hard working NHS staff. Great job and you are appreciated very much so.
