"Colonscopy"

I brought in my mum to the hospital for a Colonoscopy.

Overall this was our first visit to the hospital and i was very impressed with the building, cleanliness and friendly team (the receptionists were really welcoming).

The only thing i would say is that, my mum's first language isn't English and though she can speak it and understand it well, the consultant did talk quite fast and in medical jargon which she wasn't fully understanding clearly.

Luckily i was with her - as she was very nervous anyway - to explain more slowly. If that would be regarded in future that would be great.
