What I liked

A peaceful, unhurried atmosphere, good timekeeping, helpful staff who give time to listen and understand your needs with care.

Good follow up by pharmacy team and appointment reminder system.

Anything else?

My first experience of homeopathic treatments and I was treated exceptionally well, holistically, not just a bit of me.

I was lucky that my GP saw the service on offer and referred me, otherwise I don't know how I would have been able to find out about and make use of the service.
