What I liked
I attended WPH for colposcopy. The doctor and nurse were extremely thorough and sensitive, everything was fully explained to me in detail before I went into the clinic room so I was prepared for the examination. The staff were friendly to put me at ease, but also professional to maintain the correct atmosphere throughout. I felt free to ask any questions I wanted and felt I would be listened to.
What could be improved
Only the environment - The 2 waiting areas I sat in were very old & tired - posters peeling off the walls/scuffed walls etc.
