"VirginCare Dermatology Services Provider"

(as the patient),

VirginCare have taken my "care" over from Tameside NHS trust. I have had Melanoma and so must be reviewed by them every 6 months. My appointment was due in March but I never heard from them. I contacted them in mid April to ask why I had not received an appointment. I was offered a Saturday afternoon appointment however I couldn't attend as I was working and so explained this.

The call handler wasn't able to find me another suitable appointment and when asked why this was as they had missed my review within the 6 months I was told "other people have waited longer than you, you know" Was told they would ring me back but still waiting! ! ! Pretty poor for a company who have just been granted a tender for Oldham.
