Everyone that I met in my rapid progress through blood test, ultrasound scan and cystoscopy welcomed me, introduced themselves and treated me with friendliness and professionalism.
Cystoscopy could be an embarrassing and uncomfortable experience but the theatre staff put me at my ease and explained throughout what they were doing. I was reassured and grateful.
