"Pathetic"

After leaving work 3 hours early and driving for 1 hour 45 mins I was turned away at 3:45 because the staff said they were closed. The waiting room was empty when I arrived. They said that I had to get there 30 minutes early for a blood test. If you close at 3:30 tell people you close at 3:30! I will have to lose another 3 hours pay now because the staff could not be bothered. Not acceptable.
