"Exceptional care today, thank you Walsall Manor"

About: Manor Hospital

I visited Walsall Manor ward 005 outpatients diagnostic imaging this morning with my very apprehensive 9 year old daughter who was having a barium meal test. This hospital often gets such bad press that I felt compelled to leave a review today to the contrary. On arrival it was easy to park & so easy to find our way to the ward in a hospital we had never visited before. The signage was clear & the hospital was so easy to navigate. We were greeted by a very attentive receptionist who kept us constantly informed. The nurse who took care of my daughter was gentle & reassuring, explaining everything to both of us throughout the morning. The Dr, as ever, was lovely. Every member of staff that we came into contact with was polite, caring & superbly efficient. All areas of the hospital we saw were immaculately clean. There was absolutely nothing to fault & I am notoriously difficult to please. Well done Walsall Manor, a huge thank you from my family & please keep up your amazing work taking care of your patients.
