I was seen over a month ago by a Dr and received a diagnosis. I was informed that the report would be sent to myself and my GP in preparation for receiving my medication (which is crucial for managing my diagnosis at time ms of crisis). I made an appointment with my GP and I have been told that no report has been received, so they are unable to prescribe any medication. As we speak my GP is rushing around trying to get the report meaning other patients at my surgery are delayed in their appointments. One omission leads to a lot of delay and I'm now left feeling extremely anxious that I will not receive my medication. I'm furious.
"Lack of communication meant no medication!"
