"warning re parking!"

About: Lister Hospital

arrived in time for hospital appointment.

However, was horrified at the parking!!

Had to queue for nearly an hour at the multi-storey and consequently missed the slot for my appointment.

Pls. can you either improve parking facilities / this is very stressful in addition to the actual visit.

Failing which can you pls. forewarn on your leaflet about the time delay.!!

Thank you for getting in touch - it's very unusal for access to the multi-storey car park to have been affected in this way and probably relates to some form of incident, such as a broken down car at a strategic point within the car park, that created blocked access.

We're sorry that this happened and we're sure that our parking contractor colleagues at Indigo will have worked hard to try and get traffic flowing again.
