"excellent care at materninty triage 25/04/16"

I needed to visit maternity triage yesterday evening and could not have asked for better care. The staff were visibly very busy but they made time to show care and reassurance to each woman waiting. The lovely day midwife was a dream-I wish I could recall names but I'm terrible. They made us all a tea and had such a great humour which really helped. They even came to say goodbye at the end of her shift. I only hope they're on labour ward when I deliver! My cubicle was spotless, I was treated with utmost dignity and respect and even with a long wait, I felt they took time to listen to me. Once again the Whittington has excelled my expectations! Thank you all so much!
