"Excellent!"

About: Northern General Hospital

We attended the outpatients department 1 today for my daughters first appointment after transition from the children's hospital into adult services. We were very impressed with the hospital. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The department was clean, organised and efficiently run. The Dr we saw was very friendly. They introduced themselves with a smile and a handshake and immediately put us at ease. They explained things very well and spoke directly to my daughter and treated her with respect, something that has sometimes been a problem in the past as she has very complex needs and people often ignore her and speak directly to us over her head.

All in all the appointment was a very positive experience. Thankyou.
