My wife and me decided to give birth to my 2nd baby at Salford birth centre after a tour to the place. We decided the birth pool as the midwife advised that would help the baby has a transition from the mommy 's womb to the outside environment, so did we. The midwife at the birth centre was very friendly, yet professional and caring. I would not praise her and her co-midwife enough for their helps and support during labour. I was there and observed with my own eyes the way they were on their knees checking the baby's heart beat while my wife was in the pool, did not care about their hair to look down to the pool, I'm truly grateful for what they did. After delivering, as my wife had a massive tear so she was transferred to St Mary hospital in Manchester. The midwife went with my wife, unfortunately I was not able to see the midwife after that to say thank you.
"Cannot praise enough"
