"I received the very best of attention"

About: Penrith Hospital

(as the patient),

I fell coming into my home from the garden. Don't know how it happened but fell against my back door falling forward and with my forehead against the edge. I knew the bungalow had a rough cast wall, no other injury but a nasty gash- blood dripping everywhere. An hour later I managed to contact my friend and she took me to the casualty department in Penrith Hospital. There I received the very best of attention from the nurse, who was so pleasant and understanding. Also saw a doctor after being cleaned up etc. I was given a good cup of tea on a tray with a mug of milk and biscuits and rested until I felt well enough to come home. Instructions written down for me by the said nurse what to do if I later felt unwell. I really was impressed with the thorough examination I received. I felt really confident I would be ok. I am but was so reassured, I felt like they were there if I needed them.
