"ENT Lack of treatment"

I was referred with an ongoing problem following surgery in England in 2010. I was given a scan and told I would be reviewing it with the consultant. This didn't happen. They said it was clear and nothing to explain internal pain I have had for 5 years. I was left with things so bad I had to push around the area and found there was a structure which moved. It appears that all along a nasal implant which was inserted very badly in England was slipping through my flesh. The member of staff who i seen made no mention of this and actually turned from helpful to nasty as though they were trying to scare me. The member of staff who i saw simply wrote a letter saying things were clear and ended any hope of treatment and help right there. They most certainly were not clear and made me quite ill. It has been a horrendous experience.
