(as a relative),

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone concerned with my dad's recent knee replacement surgery especially his care in Ward 15! He had the best care and attention at all times and made his recovery so much easier, wonderful staff at all levels. I really don't think he wanted to come home! Well done!

I'm so pleased that you feel he had the best care and attention given to him at all times and that his has contributed to his recovery and made it easier. Please extend my best wishes to him for his continued recovery.

I will ensure that your lovely comments are highlighted to Sister M Jones the Ward Manager for Ward 15, as well as Fiona G the Matron who will be thrilled to read your feedback and ensure it is shared with all of the team who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience often in difficult circumstances.

I hope this is acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to provide your comments, patient and family feedback is extremely important to us.

Thank you for your reply, he continues to make a good recovery and that is down to the wonderful care he received during his stay. He can't thank them enough, he felt so secure and well cared for there and he commented how everyone worked so very hard and nothing was too much trouble. The staff all deserve the praise and credit for providing such a wonderful service.
