"It's scary that these people are responsible..."

Absolute shambles, been waiting a month for MRI test results. First I heard nothing so I called them, they had the results and had not bothered to do anything with them. They said they cannot give me the results and I either need to make an appointment with them (last one took months to get) or with my GP. I said I would go see my GP, they said they will send the results 1st class. A week later my GP has received nothing. The stress and worry waiting for results is bad enough without having to chase around trying to get them.
