When visiting my new diabetic consultant because my previous one had retired I asked them about the possibility of getting a CGM instead of finger pricking five times a day for the last 20 years and since my glucose readings are not the best because I have lost some awareness of high or low glucose readings ,they said without listening to my concern trying to live longer (now 70 ) and they just said "Don't prick so much" So much for help?
"dismissive atitude of consultant"
