"Out-Patient Mole Removal"

Went in for a small procedure to have a mole removed and was treated with dignity and respect throughout. Staff were supportive and seemed to take a genuine interest in whether i was comfortable and happy to proceed. Clear communication with the consultant and they went above and beyond my expectations.
