Staff were extremely helpful and treated my mum with respect and kindness

She was seen to quickly and they completed a full examination

Thank you for looking after my mum to a very high standard

We were pleased to read that you had a positive experience in the Accident and Emergency Department at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, and that you felt your Mother received high quality care. We were especially pleased to read that you felt your mother was treated with respect and kindness during her visit. Providing our patients with good care and ensuring that their dignity and respect is maintained is of the utmost importance to the Trust.

Any feedback which highlights the hard work and dedication of our staff is always good to receive and we will pass your feedback on the the Operational Manager of the Accident and Emergency Department so that it can be shared with the wider staff.
