"A Test in the Neurophysiology Dept."

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

I am 86 years old and was pushing my wife in a wheelchair. We were given every assistance by the hospital staff to get to the department to the extent that a member of staff pushed the wheelchair up the steep slope of the corridor named the Ramp.

My wife's EEG test was carried out by a Student Physiologist, who took great care to make my wife understood what would happen in the test. Their presentation was carried out with warmth and humour which enabled my wife to relax.

The test was carried out in a very professional manner to the extent that we found it difficult to believe that the tester was a student. The student also found time to explain the meaning of the information on the computer screen.

We are really pleased to hear that you and your wife were well looked after, getting to our Neurophysiology Department and during your wife's test.

We are pleased to hear that your wife felt at ease during the test and that everything was explained clearly.
