"A fantastic secretary who went out of their way..."

My daughter recently had an appointment cancelled at the Winston Churchill gynaecology dept due to the Drs strike. I called up to check for cancellations and spoke to the most helpful kind and caring secretary. The secretary was absolutely lovely, they made us feel we were not just a number they were so genuine and empathetic. A week later I received a call to say there was a cancellation and the secretary had kept my daughter in mind. This really meant a lot to us both I want to say a massive thank you to this secretary, having people like them in the NHS restores faith. I feel this secretary is so deserving.
