"Brilliant service"

About: St Richard's Hospital

rang 111 on Saturday evening as in agony with my tooth. Adviser was super helpful giving us the numbers and opening hours of our local service. It took half an hour to get through on the phone but they are busy so to be expected. Receptionist was super friendly and appointment was booked for a couple of hours. When we arrived we filled out the paperwork. Saw 3 other people in the waiting room so expected a log wait but they only ran 15minutes late. Dentist and nurse where brilliant, they allowed my partner to come in with me as I am so nervous at the dentist. They put me at easy, the work was carried out efficiently and painlessly. If my previous experiences had been this good I wouldn't have waited so long to go back. They also gave me a list of local dentists who are taking nhs patients which was very handy.

Tooth pain is absolutely horrible and having an effective out of hours emergency service is wonderful and we are so pleased that you had such good service.

This service actually run by Sussex Community NHS so we will pass on your lovely comments.
