"GP referral to Gateway surgical centre"

On arrival I was very nervous about my appointment. A nurse came to see me and explained everything about the hysteroscopy procedure and why I had been referred which helped me to put me at ease. The team were very considerate, gentle and helpful. The nurse even held my hand during the procedure to reassure me. I am so thankful to all of them because they turned it into a positive experience for me.
