The consultant had a very sensitive and professional approach, coupled with the fact that they had done such a brilliant job in creating a breast from my stomach. I am so impressed and overwhelmed by their skill and dedication. The team on the ward maintained communication with the consultant all over the weekend in relation to my care. I felt very well looked after. The staff on the ward were very professional and listened and anticipated my concerns. The ward was kept clean and efficient and response times were good, especially in light of the pressure of work and staffing numbers. I was very impressed with what was achieved and would feel very safe if I had to undergo any further procedures at this hospital.

In terms of outpatient experience, one member of staff is amazing. They talked me through the whole experience in terms of what to expect and gave me very good support and advice. On top of all of this I was given a £20 gift voucher from keeping Abreast South West Support Group, incredible!! Long Live the NHS and its dedicated staff!
