"No contact and lack of support during FTM process"

I have been with the clinic for several years my last consultation with the specialist doctor was agreed to see me in clinic to discuss second and final stages of transition, however I had to cancel due to being admitted into hospital, the specialist was informed and I received acknowledgement and written confirmation not to worry and my treatment would be continued once better.

The clinic members were constantly updated by myself and GP. However, its now 2016, I am fit and well have been awaiting not only an appointment but a letter of acknowledgement to by recent and on going letters, emails and even left voice mails on the websites contact us phone number that in my experience is never answered!

 I have been under going this procedure for over 10 years, I am approaching my 30's, I have met someone but still I am not fully able to live the life I should be able to proceed. I am very dis-appointed at the lack of communication and support from these clinics, I have at times felt low in mood, very low confidence and this is now starting to affect not only my life but the others around me, its hard enough to confront the issue of transition and explaining this to members of my family and now relationships I build, without being made to feel unrespected, unworthy and alone.
