"Brilliant!"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

Went to Chorley A&E (think it's Urgent Care Unit at the moment?) this morning with a turned ankle - was seen within minutes by lovely staff who brought me a wheelchair, didn't have to wait long before X-Ray's were done, back to waiting room for about 5 minutes before being taken for results ( fractured ankle!) Was delighted by the service and care I was given it was exemplary! - it wasn't as though we were the only people there either there must have been at least 10 patients as well as us - they were just very organised, kind and caring - well done Chorley!! A&E needs to be saved here!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for telling us of your experience when you attended Chorley Hospital's Urgent Care Centre. It was extremely pleasing to hear that the care you received was both timely and of a high standard. Please be assured that your kind comments have been shared with staff in the department.
