What I liked I was seen as a out patient in the nhs treatment centre. I felt really pleased with the service provieded. The consultant whom i was was absolutly great. He explained my dignoises well & the treatment which is necessary. Previously i had been seen by tow other teams in leicester whom i felt lacked due to various reasons so going to be seen a 3rd time by a ccconsulant for the same thing was cvery daunting. But it was the best decsion ever. As the condition which i have got is rare i felt the condulant was really knowlegable & i was involved in my care plan.. I am now awiting surgery but feel confident im in the best hands possible whilst i have the operatoin & recover. What could be improved? The time i had to wait to be seen. I was seen 1 hour late & no explaination was given as to why the clinic was running so late. Anything else? Just wanted to thank a certain consultant for being understanding & am really glad that i did go for a third opioin even if it meant going back to square one each time... Keep up the good job :)
