About: Dorset County Hospital

Would like to thank all of the lovely staff in the

A+E department in Dorchester hospital and thankyou for helping me.

Also would like to thank the lovely drs and nurses on illchester ward they where all very nice polite and helpful.

The nurse was very nice and reassuring with me I didn't know their name I'm not very good with names and also the nurse who brought me a banana.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all who was involved with my care. Love from polly miller-day
