I was admitted to the ward for a few weeks and found the nurses & support workers very helfpul and understanding towards my needs. I felt comfortable and secure whilst under their care and was treated with dignity and respect. The staff team worked very well together and made sure us patients were safe and secure at all times. They always made sure to give out medication on time and their hygiene was above excellent. The clinician/psychotherapist gave me some good helpful tips and advised me on the right path to being discharged and I would love to thank them for the hard work and effort they put in to ensuring I was well enough to go back into the community. I had no problems with this ward and would totally recommend it to a family member or a friend. The staff team work really hard and are always smiling. 8/10
