What an amazing place, so impressed I had to have lets say a less than nice procedure and I was a bit apprehensive, but the staff from reception to the surgeon made me feel at ease.
You are involved in every aspect and allowed to ask as many questions as you like,
You are allowed to recover in your own time and are not rushed, the staff talk to you as a person I even got a follow up phone call a few days later to see how I was and that I was not in any discomfort, what great treatment.
I would highly recommend the Boston west
Great place great staff and most of all great treatment.
Who could ask for more.
