I would like to thank the staff who cared for me when I was admitted to Thorndon ward earlier this year. All the staff involved in my care were kind and supportive at all times and kept me well informed about my progress. The aftercare and rehabilitation support I have received after my discharge has been so helpful. The carers who visited daily were friendly and willing to help in any way. The

OT and physiotherapist support I have received has enabled me to feel confident about continuing to live independently at home and work towards a fully recovery. Many thanks to you all. .
