I have emailed PALS twice in the last week as I have been having trouble with my tongue as I'm currently seeing specialists and have been seeing them for 5 years now as I had cancer of the tongue,all I was asking if they could give me an email address or phone number for either of my consultants staff as my tongue had swelled up..........alas they didn't even have the decency to reply to my email which they received as I had an automated reply,even if they had said they weren't the right people to contact I would of understood

I am so very sorry that PALS haven't got back to you; they have had a large number of queries to deal with.
