"A&E department on Saturday evening 16/4/2016"

I want to say a special thank you to the nurse who during taking my blood pressure, reassured me that everything was going to be alright, and that in case I wanted to speak to anyone they were there for me. I was very emotional during the A&E visit and was crying. They made me feel I was not alone, I was being supported and I felt they were my family not a stranger. I want to say great thank you , what an amazing attitude and caring person they are. PS: overall, all staff I was looked after that evening was amazing. Thank you guys for being the way you are. You make lonely people feel valued and not lonely anymore. Lots of luck and love for the future. Katarina
