"excellent care"

I was in as a day patient on 21/3/16,for cardio vascular surgery.my care from admission to discharge was excellent,the staff answered any questions in an affable & understanding way,explaining each procedure in laymans language,my every need was dealt with.May I express my sincere & grateful thanks to the consultants for diagnosing & performing my treatment,over the past few months I have been in considerable pain whilst walking even short distances, thanks to their expertise & diagnosis ,I can now walk pain free ! I feel I have a new lease of life.Many ,many thanks to all concerned .
