"Friendly and reassuring"

I have been to the hospital twice in the past few years, once was the colposcopy department for a biopsy and treatment and then earlier this week I was referred to the breast care unit where I was given a scan and a sample was taken. In both cases everyone involved was very thorough, friendly and reassuring and I left in no doubt that I was in good hands. I have just had a phone call from the doctor this morning to advise me the results of my sample (which are fine!) and I would just like to say how impressed I was with both departments, the NHS get too much stick but they could not have possibly treated me any better than they did. Well done MK hospital :)
