The reception staff are pleasant and efficient. The nursing staff are competent, helpful and friendly. The doctors and consultants put me at my ease and worked efficiently.

Offered explanations of what they were doing and were keen to answer any questions from me.

I did not feel I was on a production line. Time seemed to be there for me to be comfortable.
