"Not interested in your symptoms"

I visited the walk in centre two weeks ago complaining of dizziness and difficulty breathing. The nurse practitioner seemed more interested in my family's history of high blood pressure (despite telling the nurse mine has always been normal) than listening to me or my actual symptoms. If they had, they might have diagnosed my chest infection & started treatment earlier so I wouldn't be laid up now & having to take time off college.
