(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The process of reassuring the patient, explaining the steps for him, administration of the local anaesthetic agents and removing the damaged tooth were carried out very smoothly with high professionalism. My little son didn't make any sound or facial expression showing that he wasn't worried or feeling any pain. Thank you so much Wendy and her assistant : )

I'm pleased your little boys treatment was carried out so smoothly and he wasn't worried at all. Wendy and the team work hard to ensure their patients are at ease and try to explain each step so there are no surprises.
