"Urgent care for rupture Achilles tendon"

A particular doctor at Hounslow Urgent Care Centre did a good consultation for my rupture achilles.

I have marked down my scores because on attempt to chase the ortho team for my next appointment - they didnt have any records of me. Luckily I had a copy of the UCC consultation notes and sent them a photo of them. Fortunately they did manage to resolve the matter on the day.

It always helps to be proactive.
