"two appointments at Warwick Hospital"

I had two appointments this week at Warwick Hospital and I was really nervous about both of them. However, all the staff I saw were really lovely, reassuring and seemed to genuinely care.

On Monday 18th April, I saw one of the consultants, who had a lovely nurse working with them.

On Wednesday 20th April, I had an appointment in the Endoscopy Unit at the hospital. The receptionist was lovely and the nurse who took me to the first room was also really caring. I also saw a different consultant. They had two nurses with them who were very reassuring and friendly. The consultant managed to reduce my nerves with their calm manner an II felt genuinely cared for by all of them. Prior to leaving, they took my blood pressure and the nurse chatted to me, they were very empathetic and caring and was happy to share their own hospital experiences.

I really appreciated the kindness and care of all the people I dealt with at both my appointments - thank you.
