Lovely people with a great attitude willing you on to fight and win and providing World Class state of the art treatment.

If you live in the South of England and you have cancer then this is the Hospital you need.

Don't be tempted to go local as I did they told me I had nine months to live and there was nothing they could do to treat the condition.

We transferred to the Marsden and with it came treatment and hope and a stem cell transplant followed and here I am today four years on and back at work four days a week.

It has been a long and very tough road as a result of all the drugs one has to take but hey I am now down to six monthly visits and although have good days and bad am working hard to get back to some kind of fitness.

I have learnt to take one day at a time and to listen to my body and the Marsden have helped me all the way along this journey.
