"Phones are supposed to be answered"

I was told I needed to wait two weeks for my MRI results, fair enough but it's now 2 days shy of three weeks and I've still not heard anything.

Phoned up today and was put on hold for over 30 minutes with no idea of when I would get somebody to talk to ... just a very annoying tune. No "You are Number 5 in the queue". Felt like they have a room with 40 or so phones in where they transfer calls to so they can see how long people will sit there before giving up.

Very poor service........
