"Canceled appointments"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

Don't waste your time phoning the Appointments Dept.

If your lucky and get a human on the phone they cant help.

Email is bad to you will get a auto reply to say they will contact you with in 2 days.

Dream on after 5 days I sent a snotty mail, guess what they replied to say they lost the 1st email.

PALS got involved, they got the ball rolling and appointments phone me sorted out a new appointment.

Waste of time as the now have cancelled it again.

Lets see what joke of a date they come up with next, can I trust them any more?

The 2nd appointment should of been in January. No one said what year?
