"My Overnight stay at ENT Darlington Memorial."

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

After feeling extremely poorly and deteriorating hourly I visited my local GP,I explained how Id felt over 3days,in pain all over my body, discomfort in ear, eyes, teeth, horrible headache, very tired,I had severe pain in my throat preventing me from eating, swallowing&talking.Even trying to take medication made me gag.My Dr said I had tonsillitis along with a Quincy! They got straight on the phone&with in the hour I was sat in ENT waiting room.I was reviewed within minutes and then awaited a bed, once on a ward the nurses were running around to all our needs, paperwork out of the way&drink in hand a nurse explained my medication, hooked me onto a drip along with blood tests. The nurses on this ward certainly go above&beyond.I have stayed at worse Hotels.I was waited on hand&foot. You couldn't fault the food, very high standards. If I ever have to visit Darlington Memorial at least I know I will be looked after.
