"Seriously lacking"

I feel as if I have several mental health problems and have been to see my GP several times for help, upon this I was scheduled an hour appointment for 4 weeks time with a councillor which due to work commitment I was unable to make and re arranged for another 4 weeks time both of these appointment been within working hours meaning that to attend I would have to take time of work which makes me feel even more mentally strained with financial worries. Health in more important, but why aren't these appointment available at all time for people to access not just the ones who don't work, because of the lack of accessibly I am struggling alone and finding it very hard
