"exellent service received in A&E"

I came into A&E on Saturday evening, with an injury to my left ring finger. The service I received was excellent.

I was seen promptly and was out within couple of hours. Dr Sajita and Dr Ilyas were brilliant and so was the nurse (sorry I forgot her name 😁). I had my nail removed from the root. I was very anxious and in a lot of pain but the nurse held on to my other hand which was reassuring and comforting. She talked to me which distracted me from what was going on, the nurse was brilliant.

Overall I was very happy with the service and would like to thank the staff in A&E for looking after me.
