"Excellent Care in A & E"

My 80 year old Mother recently had the misfortune to fall and sustain a head injury. When she became unwell and started vomiting we decided to take her to the local hospital, Wishaw General A & E. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care she received, for their patience and understanding. My Mother has dementia and very difficult to to take care of. The doctor first name Svetlana, nursing staff Lauren and Maureen spent lots of time with her and showed great empathy when dealing with a person with dementia. My sister and I could see how busy it was in A& E but nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a credit to the NHS. I thank you once again for the wonderful service which you provide.
