"The football tournament with the Dirrans Centre"

I attended the football tournament with the Dirrans Centre. The night before I was like a kid at Christmas, I packed my bag the night before then double checked it. We arrived at the tournament and the coach Stephen said to us-Thiers no expectations on you just go out there have fun and enjoy the experience. That is exactly what I did I had great fun and really enjoyed the experience. OK I played awful and we only won one of our four games. But I was able to make real contact with people from the highlands and connections with other from all round Scotland. It highlighted physical aspects of me I still need to work on, also got sunburn and a bit of a knock on the ankle. The atmosphere was amazing. At the end of the day I was physically shattered but mentally invigorated. I would like to thank Nanette and the team at the Dirrans Centre for making this tournament possible.
