Parking as usual at Penrith hospital is a nightmare. When I finally got in, I was asked to complete some form and then not seen again for over an hour. I feel it is unacceptable to make appointments for several people all at the same time- it would be much better to have a timed appointment and be seen within 10 minutes of this. This would cut down added stress to the patient and also the volume of patients in the waiting room at any one time.
